It is the Applicant’s responsibility to contact the Commission with details of their project and set up an appointment for a site visit, if necessary.
Applications to be considered for public hearings are generally due the first Wednesday of the month (exception for holidays) to allow enough legal notice to the public. Applicants should verify deadlines for submission with the commission.
Permit applications can be found at Mass.gov under Wetlands Protection Act Permit Forms. A public hearing will be scheduled to review all permit applications which should be mailed simultaneously to:
